At the end of last year, the first pilot seminar for managers across the Aerospace division took place, focusing on key areas of leadership and people management competencies. This two-day seminar was organized in collaboration with Franklin Covey, one of the world’s leading organizations in leadership development.
The main topics of the seminar included effective ways to guide a team through change and mastering skills for providing constructive feedback. Participants had the opportunity to gain valuable tools and inspiration that they can immediately apply in their managerial practice.

We consider managerial development to be one of the pillars of our long-term success. That is why we plan to continue organizing educational programs this year to help our leaders further develop their skills and prepare for the challenges of the daily work environment.
